We strongly advise to follow our jewellery care to maintain the original condition of your jewellery. Jewellery materials have a minimum reasonable strength and are fragile. As a precious material, certain designs are more delicate. Its' strength and ability to withstand daily wear and tear is subjected to your care of the piece and your protection in its design. We design based on the best interest and considerations to use and disclaims any liability to its durability as it is dependent on its care. Customer are advised to avoid misuse, neglect, and follow ways to protect your jewellery item. 

With proper and adequate care, your cherished jewellery will look exquisite for years. Please familiarise yourself with the care instructions that you might have a lasting relationship with your jewellery. 

Instructions for wear

• Remove the jewellery during any rough manual work or sports activities. 
• Avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, sea water, showers, and swimming pools. 
• Jewellery is a tool for personal enhancement, please be mindful of its presence on your body and your movements. 
• If the jewellery is not used, it is advised that be placed in its original packaging.

Instructions for cleaning

• Clean your jewellery with light soap and water. 
• Ensure surfaces are dried before using the polishing cloth. 
• All slight scratches, stains, or tarnish can be removed easily with the polishing cloth. 
• Other heavier stains for long wear and tear, needs to be brought back to our store for professional cleaning.
