Shipping policy

All items are made to order that takes 30 days to complete. In special circumstances in which the order takes longer than the period of time listed, the customer shall be kept informed about the progress of the item. 

Packages can sometimes take longer to be delivered, such as high volume during busy holiday seasons or delays in custom, which are outside of our control. By continuing the purchase, customers are expected to understand the risks and timeline of delivery. 

Local delivery

We charge $20 for local delivery. Deliveries are made from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. on Tuesday - Saturday. We will contact you via email or message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Local courier services shall be engaged to deliver your order. The cost of transport, loss of goods and other risks are assumed by the customer. The remaining balance shall be paid before the shipping order is made.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 10 Hoot Kiam rd, (S)249395. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be processed. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. on Tuesday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. All items are to be collected within 2 months of completion date as notified by our staff or through email notwithstanding complete instalment payment. Otherwise, Autium reserves the right to scrap the piece for best practices in stock management.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping is done by UPS and it can take 5-20 days for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. Please refer to UPS worldwide chart to check if your country is applicable for shipping.

Delivery time may vary depending on your address location. You will be notified when your package leaves our premises and a tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided during your purchase. If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder as well. Please make sure that you will be available to accept your package at the time of delivery. Autium does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package has been returned to the dispatcher due to unavailability, Autium reserves the right to charge the customer for the re-delivery costs.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Autium is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please enquire the relevant customs authorities.

Insurance Shipping

For international shipping, we provide insured shipping via Parcel Pro, FedEx, or UPS. In cases of damaged goods during shipping, please contact us at marketing@autium.sg and we will reach out to the insurance provider.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at marketing@autium.sg with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Size Guides

When you purchase from us, we hope to customise the right size for you. The right size should not be too loose or too tight. Before purchase, please refer to our sizing guides here to determine your size for rings, bracelets, and necklaces.

Under the product in your cart, you will find a note box where you can also request for the size that you want. After transaction is made, our designer will reach out to you through email or phone number that you provided during checkout to confirm on the final size.
